Description: Rich, dark blue flowers smother the branches of the Tuscan Blue rosemary all summer long. This plant is highly fragrant and produces of flavorful and aromatic needle-like foliage that can be used in a variety of recipes. Fresh, dried, or frozen Rosemary can be used with pork, veal, stews, herbal butters, vinegars, and jams.

Tuscan Blue Rosemary is a woody herb that is typically grown for its edible qualities, although it does have ornamental merits as well. The fragrant grayish green needle-like leaves are usually harvested from early to mid summer. The leaves have a sharp taste and a pungent fragrance.
